Matchmaking is where the magic happens. Getting to know who we will be caring for and what they enjoy is the first step in how we choose who their caregiver will be.
Owner Rebecca will come to the home and do an interview to understand exactly what the needs are as well as expectations and what the schedule will be. She brings that information back to our care coordinator and together they choose an ideal caregiver.
Our caregivers are paid every two weeks and billing is processed to match. We still love paper checks in the mail but also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Clients who have purchased Long Term care policies: We are happy to help send in required paperwork every two weeks.
